Client Relationship Management is a great feature in Advantage that allows you to track all sorts of communications and activities for your existing clients and new business prospects. 

Use these tools to understand the business you already have plus what you have invested in new business.  See how to pull together key information about these clients and analyze the data with actual financial data.   

Our CRM module even includes Client Contract Tracking, so you can store details about your contracts and receive reminders when contracts are coming due!  Do you have to prepare and deliver reports to your clients on  a regular basis?  Our CRM feature includes a Report Scheduler that sends you reminders on client reports coming due, plus it provides a place to store the reports you've sent, so everyone is in the loop. 

This set of features is another example of how a centralized system can greatly improve your overall business operations!

Sessions last between 45 minutes and 1 hour with a 15 minute Q&A. All events are scheduled for 2 PM EST.

IMPORTANT FEE INFORMATION

This event is free for Premium Content members. A single registration can be shared with your entire agency. If you miss the event, you can view it any time from the User Community website at usercommunity.gotoadvantage.com.

This event is $75.00 per agency for non-Premium Content members. A single registration can be shared with your entire agency. An invoice will be sent to your accounting department after the event and only if you attend. Note that if you are not a Premium Content member, you will not have access to view the recorded video later.
